What can Sellxora AI do for my business?

Sellxora uses AI where it can reduce repetitive work or improve a first draft. Depending on your enabled products, AI can assist with pages and websites, marketing content and follow-up, lead prioritization, chatbot responses, and other supported workflows. AI output should be reviewed before it is published, sent, or used for an important business decision.

Forms and Leads

How do I create a form?

Open Forms, create a reusable form, add the fields you need, configure validation and presentation, save the form, and connect it to a page or embed it where required. Forms are intentionally available under their existing access rules and their public submission endpoint is not treated like a subscription-gated workspace page.

What is the difference between a Blog publication and a post?

Which advertising providers does the Advertising module support?

The Advertising module is designed around Google Ads and Meta Ads, including Facebook and Instagram capabilities. Provider actions are dependent on user-owned provider credentials, configured destinations, supported capabilities, and the current rollout state. A draft or strategy record does not mean an advertisement was published externally.

Why must I provide my own provider credentials?

External providers such as payment gateways, social channels, and advertising platforms require account ownership, permissions, and compliance decisions. Sellxora should use the credentials configured for the relevant account or administrator workflow rather than silently substituting another customer’s credentials. Keep tokens and secrets private and rotate them if exposed.

How are Affiliate commissions calculated across currencies?

A commission records the source sale amount and currency, the applicable rate, the converted accounting amount, the accounting currency, and the conversion or quote context. Nigerian affiliates use NGN accounting and non-Nigerian affiliates use USD under the configured policy. Creator-product commissions are recorded separately from legacy SaaS commissions and are protected by idempotency rules.

How do I use the Landing Page or Website Builder editor?

Choose a template, open the editor, add or arrange sections and widgets, edit text and styles, preview the page at the supported screen sizes, save your work, and publish only after checking links, forms, and responsive behavior. Use the editor’s contextual help when you are unsure whether an action saves a draft or publishes the page.

How do lists, tags, and contacts work together?

A contact is the person record. A list groups contacts for a purpose such as a newsletter or campaign, while a tag describes a characteristic or event such as “buyer” or “abandoned cart”. Where integrations are enabled, Ecommerce and Creator events can update contacts, lists, and tags without exposing another account’s records.
