Understand Creator checkout and post-purchase delivery
Follow the buyer journey from currency selection and identity capture through payment status and delivery.

Creator checkout uses the product’s active prices and the currency selected by the buyer. The assigned collection gateway for that currency is controlled by Core administrators. The checkout shows the product subtotal and any configured fee treatment transparently.
A payment request is not the same as a paid order. Delivery should become available only after a verified successful payment outcome. Depending on the offer, the buyer may receive a download link, access instructions, or a post-purchase destination in the confirmation experience and email.
Common questions
Why was the buyer charged a fee? The creator may have chosen buyer-paid checkout fees; the breakdown should show the extra amount. Why has delivery not appeared? Check the payment status and the offer’s delivery configuration rather than retrying blindly.
Steps
- Open the public Creator product page.
- Select a supported currency and review the subtotal, fee, and buyer total.
- Enter name, email, phone with country code, and any additional required fields.
- Complete payment and wait for a verified status before using delivery links or destinations.
