Create a Creator offer with buyer fields and delivery
Configure an eligible Creator offer, required buyer identity, additional capture fields, marketing links, and post-purchase delivery.
Version 1Last reviewed 24 Sep 2026
A Creator offer should state the value, product type, price currencies, buyer information required, and what happens after purchase. Name and email are always required; the buyer must also provide a phone number with country code. Add extra fields only when the information is useful and explain them clearly.
Configure digital delivery, access instructions, download assets, or a post-purchase destination such as a website, community, or supported messaging destination. If Marketing is available to the account, an offer can connect buyer or abandoned-cart activity to selected contacts, lists, or tags.
Common questions
Can I change a capture field after sales begin? You can edit future configuration, but historical orders preserve the fields and answers captured at checkout. Why is an offer unavailable? Check product type, status, active price, profile status, category, and enabled currency.
Steps
- Open Creator Products and choose Create product.
- Select a supported non-physical product type and add title, description, image, and active prices.
- Configure baseline buyer identity and any extra fields with labels and required rules.
- Configure delivery, after-purchase actions, and optional Marketing list or tag connections.
- Save, preview the public page, and publish only after testing.
