Manage uploaded media and R2 references
Organize files, understand ownership, and avoid storing sensitive or unnecessary data in uploaded assets.
Sellxora modules store media references rather than embedding file bytes in application records. Keep uploaded assets owned by the correct workspace, use clear filenames, and remove files that are no longer needed. Do not upload secrets, customer exports, or payment credentials.
Steps
- Open File Manager and confirm the current workspace context.
- Upload supported media through the provided upload control.
- Review ownership and reuse the generated media reference in an allowed editor.
- Delete obsolete assets after confirming they are not used by a published page.
